If you need modifications or want to talk through your concerns, I’m here to support you with grace and wisdom. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Not at all. In fact, most of the women I work with are starting from scratch, haven’t worked out or eaten clean in years, or are coming out of a season where they’ve felt stuck for a while. You don’t need to be fit, perfect, or even "ready". You just need a willingness to start.
Every lesson, workout, and resource is designed with real life in mind. You’ll find beginner-friendly modifications, easy wins, and tons of grace woven throughout all of my programs.
I created these programs with real women and real life in mind. These programs and this space are for women juggling work, families, and busy lives.

Everything is flexible and designed to fit into your life, not take it over. You are in total control.
My programs are rooted in Christian faith, but they’re welcoming and inclusive. You don’t have to be “super religious” to feel comfortable here.
I use scripture and prayer as foundational tools, but there’s no pressure or judgment, just encouragement. This is a safe space to learn and grow in your faith. And if you are not a Christ-follower already, my prayer is that you would experience Christ through my programs.

I hear this all the time, and I’ve been there too. What makes Pure Lifestyle Wellness different is the faith-first foundation and the focus on wholeness, not just weight loss.
This isn’t about quick fixes or trendy gimmicks. It’s about mindset shifts, healing from the inside out, addressing the root causes of your health struggles, and doing it all with God, not apart from Him.
No expensive supplements or specialty groceries are required! I keep things simple, budget-friendly, and realistic.
I may recommend a few optional items (like digestive enzymes, electrolyte support, or even lab testing), but they’re not mandatory. You’ll be encouraged to shop your own pantry and make wise choices that work for your budget. I do offer resources and discounts on recommended products and labs if that is of interest.
Yes! While weight loss may be a byproduct, my focus is helping women over 40 address:

Each program includes tools and education to help you gently restore balance, starting with the gut and supporting the whole body.
Many women begin to feel a difference such as more energy, less bloating, clearer thinking, and more within the first 7–10 days. Everyone is different and results may vary woman to woman.
That said, true transformation takes time. My programs are built to give you both quick wins and lasting change. This isn’t a sprint, it’s a sustainable, spirit-led walk toward lifelong wellness.
Once you sign up, you’ll immediately gain access to the program through the PLW App, which is available on your phone, tablet, or computer. There’s no need to download anything from the app store as it’s all web-based. It’s easy to navigate and everything you need will be organized for you in one place.
